Choose the support that fits you

We offer three services at our Red Deer clinic. Brain training, counselling, and mindfulness coaching each serve a different need, and you can book one or several as your goals change.

Which service may suit you

The brief notes below help you compare the three offerings. For guidance on where to begin, send us a note and we can talk it through.

NeurOptimal

Brain training is a wellness service. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any condition, and it makes no outcome promises. Some clients use it alongside other supports in their life.

A certified NeurOptimal trainer guides each session.

Counselling

Individual counselling for adults and teens. Sessions are a space to talk through what is on your mind with a practitioner who fits their training and role.

Mindfulness coaching

Guided mindfulness sessions to build a steadier, more intentional practice. Coaching supports day to day habits rather than clinical care.

What to expect

Referrals

No referral is needed for the sessions we offer.

Session length

Sessions are about 60 minutes.

Payment

We accept credit card and e-transfer.

How many sessions

There is no set number of sessions. Your practitioner can help you plan a cadence that fits your goals and schedule. You can start with one session and decide from there.

Help choosing a service

Tell us what you are hoping for and we can point you to the right starting place.

Cost

Fees are set by each practitioner and depend on the service. We do not list set prices online. Send us a note and we will share the fee for the session you are considering.

Insurance and receipts

Receipts are available. Clients should check with their own insurer to confirm what their plan covers. Availability depends on the practitioner and the service. We do not offer direct billing.

Our approach to safety

Brain training is a wellness service

We describe NeurOptimal only as brain training. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. We make no outcome promises and give no medical advice.

Your practitioner matches their role

Each practitioner works within their training and credentials. We will not collect health details through this site, and we will keep our conversation focused on booking and planning.
