Receipts are available for some sessions. We do not offer direct billing, and coverage depends on your own plan, so we recommend checking with your insurer before you book.
Receipts at our clinic
Receipts are available, and the practitioner you see makes a difference. We issue receipts under the Registered Psychotherapist designation. Not every practitioner or service includes a receipt, so we confirm this with you when you book.
Direct billing
We do not offer direct billing. You pay for each session, and we give you a receipt you can submit to your insurer if your plan allows it.
How to pay
We accept credit card and e-transfer. You pay at the time of your session, and we provide a receipt when one applies to your practitioner and service.
Will my insurance cover my sessions?
Coverage depends on your insurer and the details of your plan. Some plans cover sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist, and others do not. We cannot confirm what your plan includes.
Please contact your insurer directly to check your benefits before you book. If it would help, we can tell you which practitioner and service include a receipt so you have the details your insurer may ask for.
